What We Offer​

Preliminary Project Management Services

The inception stage’s management addresses the program and critical documentation to meet the funding and operator requirements.

General Project Management Services​​

This is the Overall management of the Design development process and its implementation with the Strategic Resource Management Plan.

Contract Management

This involves the management of the Construction phase of the project up till Hand-Over.

Value Engineering

This service is undertaken when the Cost for the Final Designs exceeds the Project Budget.


Budget & Cost Control

This comprises certifying interim payments and final payment certificates and providing advisory services to the client regarding potential unplanned expenditures as they become evident.

Resident Technical Supervision

This involves the review of the Contractor’s Quality control plan as well as the day-to-day Technical supervision of the construction works.
